The case for one ritual a week

A small vessel of oil brought to the guest's brow, in a whitewashed room.

The longer journeys ask for consecutive days, and they earn them. But not every life can hand over a week, and Ayurveda has never insisted that care must arrive all at once.

A Season of Care takes the other road: one ritual each week, for four weeks. The body learns the rhythm by the second visit. By the fourth, the week has started arranging itself around the rest, rather than the other way around.

It is a quieter shape of commitment. For many guests, it is also the one that lasts.
